New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT), Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO) is seeking a professional and qualified contractor to provide all specialized lift equipment, labor, tools, riggings, safety equipment, test equipment, transportation, replacement parts, subcontractors, necessary to provide repair and maintenance services to intelligent transportation system (ITS) technology with a multitude of sub-systems and communications methods used statewide. To be a successful bidder, interested parties shall have a registered vendor number with the Department of Administrative Services, have or be able to obtain a current certificate of good standing as issued by the N H Secretary of State, and shall be able to demonstrate qualifications through work experience on the same or similar systems as outlined on a required company resume. Any and all subcontractors necessary to support all portions of scope of services shall be identified with the bid response. A contract shall be awarded based upon lowest bid to a qualified vendor. Proposal forms FOR BIDDING PURPOSES, shall be obtained via the Bureau of TSMO website. No other bid forms shall be accepted. The appropriate web address may be obtained as requested by emailing Bureau56@dot.nh.gov. Questions pertaining to bid instructions, scope of services, general contract requirements and or the appropriate US postal mailing address for proposals shall be submitted by email to Bureau56@dot.nh.gov. All responses to contactor questions will be written. Bid responses clearly marked “2021 NHDOT ITS Bid Response” with a return address shall be delivered to NHDOT, Bureau of TSMO, located at 110 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH (off NH Route-106, Sheep Davis Road) no later than 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Hand-delivery is recommended, as the Department cannot assume responsibility for routing and or delivery confirmation of US mail. Bid responses received later than 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 shall be returned to sender unopened.
