NOTICE 2021 Tinicum Township Invitation to Bidders Sealed proposals will be received and publicly opened by Township of Tinicum, Bucks County 163 Municipal Rd, Pipersville, PA 18947 at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 4th in the Township Municipal Office, 163 Municipal Rd, Pipersville, PA 1894 and formally awarded at the regular Supervisors’ meeting scheduled for 7:30 pm, Tuesday May 4th. 1. Bituminous Seal Coat: Bid In-place, single coat approximately 78,000 sq yards using Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion, type CRS 2PM. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Township. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals in part or in whole to award a contract in the best interests of Tinicum Township. Contractor shall be Pa State Qualified, Bid Bond is required, Performance Bond required for successful bidder.
