NOTICE Advertisement of Bid Upper Southampton Township is accepting sealed bids online for the 2022 Upper Southampton Road Paving Project, Contract 22-01014. Sealed bids shall be received electronically via the PennBid website at www.ebidexchange.com/pennbid until the time of opening at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Copies of all plans, specifications and other bid documents are available at no cost on the PennBid website. Click “Solicitations” and then click “View” next to the project name. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the public meeting room at the Upper Southampton Township Administration Building, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA 18966. Due to COVID 19, in lieu of in person attendance, a teleconference call will be arranged if requested by Bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder is required to submit a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
