NOTICE Bucks County will receive electronic bid responses until 11:15 AM on May 10, 2021 for: Neshaminy Manor Boiler Replacement Mechanical Contract Electrical Contract A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit will be held on April 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility Loading Dock, 1660 Easton Rd, Warrington PA. A link to the solicitation may be found on the Purchasing page of the county website at www.buckscounty.org A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract.
