NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Orange Unified School District of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District,” will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated Bid Deadline, at the Place of Receipt identified above, sealed bids for the award of a contract for Bid No. 2223-881, Purchase of Vehicles.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
Any person contemplating submitting a bid who is in doubt as to the true meaning or finds any discrepancies or omissions of any part of the solicitation, must submit questions by the Online Q&A by February 14, 2023, no later than 3:00 p.m. Questions not received by the Online Q&A by the Due On date and time may not be considered.
