NOTICE City of Pittston 35 Broad Street Pittston, PA 18640 CITY OF PITTSTON 2021 STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT City of Pittston, Luzerne County, PA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the City of Pittston 2021 Street Improvements Project will be received online via the PennBid Program by the City of Pittston, at 35 Broad Street, Pittston, PA 18640, until 11:00 AM local time on May 19, 2021, at which time the Bids received will opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project Base Bid consists of Reconstruction of (2) alleys totaling 1,210 feet including stone base & asphalt pavement with curb ramps. Includes (1) High St from Cleveland St to Garfield St and (2) Rear Carroll St from Church St to Davis Alley with curb ramps at Church St. Add Alternate Bid includes reconstruction of Rear Union St. Alley extending 330 ft. from Green Street to Dewitt Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.procureware.com. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
