NOTICE FOR BIDS LINE STRIPING South Middleton Township is accepting sealed bids for the following: Line striping roadways, crosswalks, stop bars, and directional arrows on the roadways throughout the Township. Each bid submission must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount payable to South Middleton Township. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount shall be submitted by the awardee after execution of the contract, as well as a Worker’s Compensation Certificate. Bids are to be submitted on forms supplied by the Township and can be located on the Township website at www.smiddleton.com or by calling the office at 717-258-5324. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on May 20, 2021, and said bids will be opened and read at 10:00 am on May 20, 2021. Said bid will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on May 27, 2021 at 6:00 pm prevailing time. South Middleton Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to readvertise and accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of South Middleton Township. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Act and Regulations.
