NOTICE LUZERNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (LCCC) WILL

NOTICE LUZERNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (LCCC) WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for the replacement of an existing skylight in the Technology Center at the main campus in Nanticoke PA until 12:00 P.M. (local time) April 12, 2021 at the Administration Building #5, Purchasing Department, Room 513, 1333 South Prospect Street, Nanticoke, PA, at which time Bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Contract Documents for each bid advertisement may be obtained after March 5, 2021 by contacting the office of Hemmler + Camayd Architects, phone: (570) 961-1302; fax: (570) 961-1315; email: info@hc-architects.com. Digital documents can be sent via email at the request of the bidder. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 19, 2021 @ 1:00pm. We will meet in the lobby of the Technology Center. The address is as follows: Luzerne County Community College 1333 S. Prospect St. Nanticoke PA 18634 (Parking is available in the Technology Center parking lot) The project consist of the replacing the existing large skylight and associate work in the atrium of the building. Technology Center – Atrium Renovation: Contract No. 1 – General Construction Printed Contract Documents may be obtained and/or examined after March 5, 2021 by contacting Hemmler + Camayd Architects, and a payment of $150.00 non-refundable fee to Hemmler + Camayd Architects. Contract documents can be picked up and check will be collected at Steamtown Blueprint. Electronic files can be emailed if requested. All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidder’s List. Bidder’s attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer.
