NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID The Housing Authority of Cumberland County will receive sealed bids for the remodeling of two second-floor bathrooms to become ADA compliant at our 114 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA., 17013 location. Please call the Maintenance Director at 717-249-0789 Ext 169 or email cstauffer@cchra.com to schedule an appointment to view the work area. All appointments must be scheduled and completed by 4 pm, May 14th, 2021. Bids will be received by mail until not later than June 4th, 2021, 4 pm, at 114 N. Hanover St. Carlisle, PA 17013. Proposed forms of contract documents and Work Write-Ups are to be included with bids. The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland reserves the right to reject any or any portion of the proposals. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the deadline of proposal submittal. Included in your bid packet are forms for Section 3, MBE, WBE, and W-9 that must be filled out and submitted with your bid.
