NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Michael J. Lavoie (the “Mortgagor(s)”) to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Gladewater National Bank, dated March 3, 2015 and recorded with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds (the “Registry”) in Book 3470, Page 2086 (the “Mortgage”), which Mortgage is held by U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for RMTP Trust, Series 2021 Cottage-TT-V (the “Mortgagee”), the present holder of said Mortgage, and pursuant to the remedies set forth in the Mortgage and N.H.
