NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S FORECLOSURE SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Theresa G. Sepe (the “Mortgagor(s)”) to CitiFinancial Consumer Services, dated May 20, 2008 and recorded with the Cheshire County Registry of Deeds (the “Registry”) in Book 2511, Page 469 (the “Mortgage”), which Mortgage is held by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee of Treehouse Series V Trust (the “Mortgagee”), the present holder of said Mortgage, and pursuant to the remedies set forth in the Mortgage and N.H.
