Notice of Permit Application New Fairfield, CT Notice is hereby given that the town of New Fairfield, CT (the “applicant”) will submit to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application under section 22a-430 of the Connecticut General Statutes for a permit to modify the existing Permit for Wastewater Discharges from Subsurface Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems (Permit No. UI0000356) for the Consolidated Early Learning Academy at Meeting House Hill School at 24 Gillotti Road. Specifically, the applicant proposes to make minor modifications to the existing subsurface sewage treatment system in support of the proposed construction. Proposed construction includes an addition to the existing school and associated site improvements at 24 Gillotti Road. The septic modification includes realignment and relocation of sanitary flow to the treatment system as well as a realignment of the routing of flow from the treatment system to the existing leaching field.
