Notice of Request for Proposal
The Irving Independent School District (IISD), Dallas County, Texas will receive Proposals for the following:
RFP 23-35-914 for the Purchase of 32-Gallon Trash Cans
and Low Density Can Liners
Beginning February 14, 2023, solicitation documents containing terms & conditions and specifications may be obtained from the Irving ISD Purchasing website at: https://www.irvingisd.net/Domain/127 or at the Purchasing Office, 2621 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062. It is the responsibility of the vendors to check the listed internet site for any addenda posted in relation to this opportunity. Contact the Purchasing Department at 972-600-5440 if having any problem obtaining or downloading the documents.
Method of Submission: E-bid online delivery through the ION Wave portal. Proposals submitted and received after the due date and time noted in these RFP are nonresponsive and will not be considered. Oral, e-mail, or faxed proposals transmitted are not acceptable. Proposals are due March 21, 2023, no later than 2:00PM CST.
Evaluation & Award of the Contract: The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal and reserves the right to award to a single proposer, multiple proposers, each line item separately or in any combination it determines to be in its best interest.
