Notice of Request for Proposals The State of New Hampshire, through the Judicial Council, is soliciting bids for statewide public defender services pursuant to RSA 604-B and related statutes. The Request for Proposals seeks Bidders interested in, and capable of, providing quality indigent criminal-defense representation in the District and Superior Courts, in addition to handling delinquency cases in the Family Court, appellate cases in the Supreme Court, and the defense of alleged sexually-violent predators in involuntary civil commitment proceedings.
