NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Union Township School Corporation (the School), is requesting proposals for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor in accordance with Indiana Code 5-32, as amended, in response to its Request for Proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor for the Union Township School Corporation, Wheeler High School Addition Project, dated March 11, 2021 (the RFP). Notice is hereby given that responses to the RFP for the Wheeler High School Addition Project will be received as follows.

CONTACT BY PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS REGARDING ANY MATTERS SET FORTH IN THE RFP IS LIMITED TO SUCH PERSON. PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS MAKING DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONTACT WITH ANY OTHER BARTON-COE-VILAMAA EMPLOYEE, ANY EMPLOYEE OR ELECTED OFFICIAL OF THE UNION TOWNSHIP SCHOOL CORPORATION, OR THE EC (AS HEREINAFTER DEFINED) REGARDING THE MATTERS SET FORTH IN THE RFP FROM THE DATE OF THE RFP UNTIL SUCH TIME AS EXECUTION BY THE UNION TOWNSHIP SCHOOL CORPORATION, AND A RESPONDENT TO THE RFP RISK DISQUALIFICATION IN THIS PROCESS.
Each of the School and the evaluation committee established by the Board of Trustees of the School (the EC) hereby reserve the right to (i) accept or reject any or all documents or parts submitted by any respondent, (ii) waive any technicalities or irregularities in any response or the selection process (iii) request future proposals at its discretion, (iv) reject any response, if the School or the EC determines, each in its sole and complete discretion, such respondent does not satisfy the requirements to provide services, equipment and personnel as required under the RFP, and (v) postpone or cancel award or execution of any agreement with any respondent to the RFP for any reason or no reason at all prior to execution by both parties of such agreement.
