The Deadline for submittal of proposals is Feb 23, 2023, no later than 2:00 PM, in the Purchasing Office located at 2621 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX 75062.

Method of Submission: E-bid online delivery through the ION Wave portal. Proposals submitted and received after the due date and time noted in these RFP are nonresponsive and will not be considered. Oral, e-mail, or faxed proposals transmitted are not acceptable.

Beginning 8:00AM January 26, documents for both solicitations including scope of services and specifications will be posted and may be obtained on the Irving ISD website at: https://www.irvingisd.net/Page/2238 , or from the Purchasing Office from 7:30 AM to at least 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or by calling (972) 600-5440
