NOTICE The Shenandoah Valley School District is soliciting Requests for Qualification’s (RFQ) for an Energy Conservation Performance Contract, to prequalify Energy Services Company (ESCO) for the following purposes: Reduction of energy consumption of existing operating systems, including, HVAC, Lighting, Optimizing Automated Controls, Retro commissioning, Water Conservation and Building Envelope; Improvement of air quality and air filtration with Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization; Evaluate and implement renewable energy opportunities. Submission of the RFQ should be made, in a sealed envelope by Friday, May 21, 2021, and sent to: Brian Waite-Superintendent Shenandoah Valley School District 805 West Centre Street Shenandoah, PA 17976 The Energy Conservation Performance Contract is available to assist in the preparation of the RFQ and may be obtained by contacting the Shenandoah Valley School District.
