The City of Richardson shall accept sealed Bids for Invitation To Bid No. 40-21 Annual Requirements Contract for Ready Mix Concrete, until April 27, 2021 prior to 2:00PM Central Time. Bids shall be received in the Purchasing Department located in the City Hall/Civic Center Building at 411 West Arapaho Road, Suite 101, Richardson, Texas 75080. Bids shall be opened and read aloud on April 27, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. ONLINE via Webex. Solicitation documents are available to be downloaded at no charge through BidSync.com.
