NOTICE TO BIDDERS LEAF COLLECTION Lower Makefield Township will receive sealed bids from interested vendors to provide equipment and personnel to support our Leaf Collection Program until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021, and none thereafter, at which time bids will be opened. Bids will be awarded at a subsequent meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Notice is hereby given that the Township will receive bids for the above stated service for a period starting November 2021 until work is completed. Vendor shall supply a self-contained leaf collection machine, minimum 20 cubic yard, pulled by a truck with licensed operator of sufficient GVWR for the vacuum machine size. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. Specifications, proposal forms and all necessary information may be obtained on the Lower Makefield Township website at www.lmt.org/community/employment-opportunities/. Should you request additional information, contact the Public Works Department at 267-274-1130. All bids must be sealed and addressed to Public Works Department, 1100 Edgewood Road, Yardley, PA 19067 and have the words “Leaf Collection” marked on the outside of the envelope. Delivery of all bids to the Township Office shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder. Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors reserve the unqualified right to reject any or all bids.
