The City of Richardson shall accept electronic proposals through Periscope S2G at periscopeholdings.com (formerly BidSync) or sealed proposals for RFP No. 703-21 Annual Requirements Contract for Printing and Mailing Services – Municipal Utilities, until June 17, 2021 prior to 2:00 P.M Central Time. Proposals shall be received in the Purchasing Department located in the City Hall/Civic Center Building at 411 West Arapaho Road, Suite 101, Richardson, Texas 75080. Solicitation documents are available to be downloaded at no charge through Periscopeholdings.com. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 @ 10:00 A.M. ONLINE via Webex.
