NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for the below project will be received by Warrington Township on April 28, 2022 until 10:00 AM (Prevailing Time) via the PennBID Electronic Bid Management System and opened shortly thereafter. MUNICIPAL COMPLEX ACCESS DRIVEWAY The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of all earthwork, all storm sewer and drainage construction, approximately 1,350′ of concrete curb, 150′ of 5-ft wide bituminous walking path and 2,000 sy of bituminous driveway and parking area paving, as well as existing traffic signal modifications. All construction will occur on Township property and easement areas and will involve restoration of lawn and unimproved areas, and erosion and sedimentation control. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total Bid Amount made payable to the Township.
