Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the East Brunswick Township Municipal Building at the above address or by calling Kelly Coldren, Secretary at 570-943-2775, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of each bid made payable to East Brunswick Township. The successful bidder for the “2021/2022 Materials” bid proposal will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the contract and successful bidder for the “2021 Bituminous Paving” bid proposal will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the contract. PA Prevailing Wages apply to the “2021 Bituminous Paving” bid proposal ONLY. All bids will be opened publicly and read at approximately 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows on July 27, 2021 at the regular scheduled meeting of the East Brunswick Township Board of Supervisors. The East Brunswick Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
