NOTICE TO BIDDERS SNOW PLOWING Lower Makefield Township will receive “Requests for Proposals for Snow Plowing and Salting of Township Roads” until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021, and none thereafter, at which time the proposals will be opened. Proposals will be reviewed and awarded to the best qualified vendors at a subsequent meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Notice is hereby given that the Township will receive proposals for the above stated service for the winter season November 2021 through April 2022. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. Specifications, proposal forms, and all necessary information may be obtained at the Lower Makefield Public Works Department between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning Monday, September 20, 2021. Should you request additional information, contact the Public Works Department at 267-274-1130. All proposals must be sealed and addressed to Public Works Department, 1100 Edgewood Road, Yardley, PA 19067 and have the words “Snow Plowing” marked on the outside of the envelope. Delivery of all proposals to the Township Office shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder. The Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors reserve the unqualified right to reject any or all proposals and award to the select vendors that best meet the Township needs. Kurt M.
