The City of Heath, TX and separate entities Heath Economic Development Corporation and Heath Municipal Benefits Corporation jointly request sealed proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide bank depository services as the Depository Bank for the period of June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2026. The City’s policy permits the selection of a depository bank in Rockwall County, TX. Sealed bids must be marked “Proposal Banking Services” and received by Laurie Mays, Director of Finance at the address listed above by 2:00 PM local time, Wednesday March 31, 2021. Bids received after this deadline will be returned unopened.
