NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Elk Lake School District will receive bids for the 2021 Window Replacement Project. Work shall consist of replacement of approximately 75 window units with composite single hung window units. Bids are requested for a single prime contract for general trades work. This is a Prevailing Wage project. The bid package prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects & Land Surveyors, D.P.C. can be obtained from: Dataflow, Inc., Airport Corporate Park, 100 Hunt Center, Horseheads, NY, 14845 Phone:607-562-2196; Website: www.godataflow.com Email: Corning@GoDataflow.com A deposit of $50, per set, is required (check payable to the Elk Lake SD), plus a non- refundable payment of $25 (check payable to Hunt Engineers, Arch & LS, PC) for shipping and handling. Electronic files are also available for a non-refundable payment of $25. A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 2:30 pm at the site located at 2380 Elk Lake School Rd., Springville, PA 18844 for the purpose of considering questions by bidders. Sealed bids will be received by the owner until 1:00pm local time on April 29, 2021 at the central office, at which time and place all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Elk Lake SD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms.
