NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Highland Police Department is requesting bids on three (3) Ford Utility Police Interceptor police vehicles, (must have police package) on 2021 or later model, and one (1) Ford F-150 Police Responder pickup, (must have police package) on 2021 or later model. Specifications are on file at the Highland Police Department. The bid will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest delivered price. We will be trading in four (4) vehicles (listed on the specification sheet), which must be included with the bid. We are requesting that vendors separate the amounts for each trade-in and show the net price per unit on the new vehicles, as that price may be used for additional outright purchase(s) later in 2021. The Town has the right to wave informalities and to reject any and all bids for non compliance or to award this procurement to a vendor who submits a proposal determined most advantageous to the Town at the sole discretion of the Town. Bidders must file a non collusion affidavit that will be included in the specification package at the Highland Police Department.
