NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Wyalusing Area School District will be receiving bids for the High School Library Renovations Project; work shall consist of HVAC work and interior renovations including flooring, painting, ceiling and electrical modifications. Bids are requested for multi-prime contracts for General Trades work, Mechanical Trades work and Electrical Trades work and is a Prevailing Wage project. The bid package prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects & Land Surveyors, D. P.C. can be obtained from Dataflow, Inc., Airport Corporate Park, 100 Hunt Center, Horseheads NY, 14845 (phone: 607-562-2196, website: www.godataflow.com or Corning@GoDataflow.com). A deposit of $50 per set is required (check made out to the Wyalusing ASD) plus a non-refundable payment of $25 (check made out to HUNT) for shipping and handling. Electronic files are also available for a non-refundable payment of $25. A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held on May 4, 2021 at 2:30 pm on site located at 11364 Wyalusing New Albany Rd, Wyalusing PA 18853, for the purpose of considering questions by bidders. Sealed bids will be received by the Owner until 1:00 pm local time on May 19, 2021 at the Administrative Office. A virtual public bid opening will take place at 2:30 pm local time the same day.
