REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE 2021 BOND PROGRAM AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP)

The City of Richardson, Texas is accepting qualifications for highly qualified, capable and experienced external professional service firms to provide General Engineering Consultant program management services to support the City’s 2021 Bond Program and Capital Improvement Plan. Sealed qualification packages shall be addressed to the Purchasing Manager and received in the Purchasing Department located in the City Hall/Civic Center Building at 411 West Arapaho Road, Richardson, TX, prior to 2:00 pm on Monday, August 9, 2021. RFQ documents are available at no charge through Periscope.com. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm via WebEx. Questions related to this RFQ may be submitted via Periscope no later than Friday, July 30, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
