NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
Sealed proposals for RFP KB-207100 Uniforms For Qualified Students in PreK-8th Grades and RFP-DH-207081 Mockingbird Garden Maintenance and RFP DH-207016 Door Repairs, Replacement, Supplies, Accessories, and Services will be received by the Dallas Independent School District Procurement Services Department, 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 1510, Dallas TX 75231 until 2:00 P.M. on February 23, 2023.
The proposal documents can be obtained by downloading them from the Dallas ISD website homepage at http://www.dallasisd.org/ at the “Supplier Opportunities” link.
Any proposals received after the closing time will be held for pickup or destruction.
*****M/WBE POLICY ENDORSEMENT*****
All proposals shall contain the M/WBE Compliance Guidelines and Forms at the time of proposal opening. Bidders/proposers who will subcontract out portions of the work will be required to submit a signed Letter of Intent to Subcontract. Failure to complete and sign the M/WBE Compliance Guidelines and Forms will result in Offeror receiving zero (0) points for the M/WBE Criteria. The M/WBE Department reserves the right to contact proposers for additional information/clarification after the proposal opening.
