NOTICE West Pittston Borough 555 Exeter Avenue West Pittston, PA 18640=3 2021 STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT West Pittston Borough, Luzerne County, PA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the West Pittston 2021 Street Improvements Project will be received online via the PennBid Program by the West Pittston Borough, at 555 Exeter Avenue, West Pittston, PA 18643, until 11:00 AM local time on June 23, 2021, at which time the Bids received will opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project Base Bid consists of Bituminous Pavement Resurfacing including milling and base repair and handicapped curb ramps on the following streets in the Borough of West Pittston: Base Bid: North Street from Wyoming Avenue to Fourth Street and Fremont Street from Luzerne Avenue to Montgomery Avenue. Add Alternate Bid: Montgomery Avenue to 60 ft. west of Washington Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.procureware.com. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
