OSHA WITHDRAWS VACCINE MANDATE AND PENALTIES

Washington, D.C. – As announced on Tuesday by the Labor Department, the Biden administration is dropping its rule that major companies require by mandate that employees get vaccinated or tested on a regular basis for a stipulated virus.

In withdrawing the regulation, the Department of Labor acknowledged what most companies and industry experts had stated following a Supreme Court ruling earlier this month: that the emergency interim requirement could not be enforced after the previous ruling.

The rule states that OSHA did not have the authority to require workers to be vaccinated for coronavirus or to be tested on a weekly basis, according to the Supreme Court’s decision, which was 6 to 3 with the liberal justices dissenting. The court described the agency’s approach as “a blunt instrument.”

The mandates were pushed since the administration took over from the previous election continuously in what was an attempt that was described in public statements by the administration as push to get as many Americans vaccinated as possible before a legal decision is finalized.

It maybe too late to bring back the workers lost by the Unions, School Bus Drivers, Public Works Departments, Military, Nurses, Mental Health Professionals and more. The United States saw the most business formations in history last year. Nearly 500,000 new construction businesses formed last year. This is mostly a result of trades people leaving their jobs due to vaccine requirements, the thought of the enforcement, the alter-madam and of course the new found appreciation for one’s self which is seen now as a widespread epiphany for many Americans last year and now.

The withdrawal was most decided, and expedited, most likely due to the lack of employees at all levels of the Federal Government as well as private and municipal agencies. In any case from interviews it will be extremely difficult to regain trust, a stable environment and or what many workers feel as not only insulting but off putting in a already evasive talent and labor market.

The overall decision may not ever have a warranted prospective due to limited assumed knowledge of the virus, it’s origination and or overall final diagnosis including long term or permanent damages to people. It should be noted that China has maintained a zero tolerance more strict than every other agency or country still.
