INVITATION TO BID
Sealed proposals will be received by Derry Township of Montour County, PA, at 109 Shed Rd. Danville, PA 17821 until 6:00 PM, on April 12, 2022, to be opened on April 12, 2022, at 6:30 PM Derry Township Municipal Building for the following Contracts:
Seal Coat Contract:
Furnish and place approximately 44,434 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 44,434 SY Asphalt Fog Seal.
Pave Contract:
Furnish and place approximately 1,388 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
