Sealed proposals will be received by:
Fishing Creek Township of Columbia County, PA at
3188 State Route 487, Orangeville, PA 17859 until 12:00 PM , on March 8, 2023, to be opened on March 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Fishing Creek Township Municipal Building.
For the following:
Paving Project:
Contractor is to furnish and place approx. 644 ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder Course-Fine Graded.
Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
