PEASE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Professional Auditing Services The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is accepting proposals for qualified certified public accounting firms to perform the annual audit of the financial statements of the PDA for fiscal years ending June 30, 2023 through June 30, 2025. It is expected that a 3-year contract will be awarded, with the potential for up to three (3), one-year renewal options at the discretion of the PDA. The audit is to be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. Sealed proposals plainly marked “Proposal for Auditing Services” on the outside of the envelope addressed to Pease Development Authority, Finance Department, will be accepted at the office of the PDA at 55 International Drive, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 until 1:00 p.m. local time, March 6, 2023. Proposal documents may be obtained on or after February 3, 2023 at the Pease Development Authority, 55 International Drive, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Proposal documents can also be downloaded at: https://peasedev.org/business/bids-opportunities/ It is the firm’s responsibility to provide a contact name and an email address to the PDA to be included on the proposer’s list for use in issuance of any addenda. Please email the PDA Finance Department at s.anzalone@peasedev.org to be placed on the proposer’s list. Any entity not on the list will not be eligible to submit a proposal. PDA will attempt to administer the proposal process in accordance with the terms and dates outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). PDA reserves the right to modify the activities, time line, or any other aspect of the process as deemed necessary. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this advertisement. No vendor will be discriminated against on grounds of race, sex religion, color, or national origin. Firms may not withdraw their proposal for ninety (90) days following the proposal submission deadline on March 6, 2023. The PDA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informalities at its discretion.
