INVITATION TO BID
Sealed proposals will be received by: Locust Township of Columbia County, PA., at 1223A Numidia Drive Catawissa, PA 17820 until 4:00 PM, on February 9, 2023 to be opened on February 9, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Locust Township Municipal Building for the following:
Pipe Repair Contract:
Remove 3 existing pipes, Furnish and install 1 standard inlet box w/ grate, Install approximately 80 LF of township provided pipe, Furnish and place approx 27 tons of 19mm Asphalt Repair, and complete approx. 400 LF of ditch cleaning.

Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
