The City of Dallas (City), Department of Public Works is hereby requesting the submission of statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide professional engineering and consulting services for the Uptown McKinney/Cole Couplet also known as the McKinney Avenue/Cole Avenue Two-way Conversion Project.
