Massachusetts Development Finance Agency LEGAL NOTICE Patton Water Treatment Plant & Shabokin Water Treatment Plant Devens, MA Massachusetts Development Finance Agency (MassDevelopment) is soliciting sealed general bids and sub-bids from prequalified general bidders and sub-bidders for the construction of the Patton Water Treatment Plant and Shabokin Water Treatment Plant, DWSRF #6757, Project 21-003. The work includes the full construction of two new 1.44 MGD water treatment plants (WTPs), the Patton WTP and the Shabokin WTP in Devens, MA. The water treatment process includes a GreensandPlus pressure filtration system for iron & manganese removal, Granular Activated Carbon filters & Ion Exchange contact chambers for PFAS removal, chemical feed systems, backwash recycling system, settled solids waste system, baffled clearwell and ancillary equipment and controls at both WTPs. Also included is the construction of new raw and finished water main piping, stormwater control systems, site restoration and miscellaneous work and cleanup. Sub-bid categories are: Masonry, Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Dampproofing, & Caulking, Roofing & Flashing, Glass & Glazing, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. MassDevelopment will receive sealed general bids and sub-bids from prequalified general bidders and sub-bidders for this project.
