Development Finance Agency Pool Building Abatement and Demolition, 63 Hospital Road Devens, MA Project No. 21-008 Massachusetts Development Finance Agency is seeking qualified bidders forthe abatement and demolition of the existing pool house and in ground pool located at 63 Hospital Road in Devens MA. MassDevelopment encourages all qualified contractors to bid/respond, including women-owned and minority contractors. The project is a chapter 149 project. Work includes but is not limited to abatement of existing pool building, removing soil from in ground pool, utility abandonment, demolition of building and pool, backfilling and site restoration. Bid to include all permits, testing, disposal and restoration. Note: Due to COVID19 restrictions, the bids will not be publicly opened as the office is closed to visitors. MassDevelopment will advise the bidders of the bidding results, subject to verification of responsiveness (compliance with bid documents/specifications).
