PROPERTY AUCTION The Oronoque Village Tax District has levied upon the following properties in Stratford and slated them for public auction to satisfy delinquent taxes and charges under C.G.S §§ 7-328 and 12-157. Boughton and Estate of Virginia A. Boughton, owing $4,527.17. Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC; Embrace Home Loans, Inc.; the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services; the United States Internal Revenue Service; and the surviving spouses and heirs of Edgar G. Boughton and Virginia A. Boughton may have interests which will be extinguished by the sale. 412A Black Hawk Lane (Volume 780 Page 303) owned by Stephen E. Martinek, Jr., owing $3,974.33. U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., Trustee for Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2021-GS1 may have interests which will be extinguished by the sale. The dollar amounts listed are through the end of last month.
