Proposal Bids

INVITATION TO BID Beverly Hills Middle School Toilet Room Modernization Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction (Mechanical & Plumbing) and Electrical Construction for the Beverly Hills Middle School Toilet Room Modernization Project. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Joseph McGilvery/UDSD 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals must be received by 1:00 PM, March 25, 2021. Bidding Documents will be available Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Joe Messmer at joe@gkoarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. Once registered, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to joe@gkoarchitects.com. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, 10:00 AM at Beverly Hills Middle School, 1400 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Proposals shall conform to all requirements as set forth in the bidding documents. The right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
