INVITATION TO BID REDWOOD SENIOR CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT (eDPW- 030123) The County of Delaware’s Fair Acres Geriatric Center is soliciting Bid proposals for the REDWOOD SENIOR CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT. Bid proposals will be received electronically via PennBid (procureware.com) by the Department of Central Purchasing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at which time responses will be opened and read aloud for REDWOOD SENIOR CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT. Detailed Bid packets are on PennBid (procureware.com) link, which can be reviewed and/or downloaded. A highly recommended Site Visit will be held ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (location and invitation will be emailed to all registrants prior to conference). Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement or Invitation to Bid.
