INVITATION TO BID AMBULANCE and RESIDENTSâ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (eFAC-040523-1) The County of Delawareâs Fair Acres Geriatric Center is soliciting bid proposals for AMBULANCE and RESIDENTSâ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Department of Central Purchasing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at which time responses will be opened and read aloud for AMBULANCE and RESIDENTSâ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. Detailed Bid Proposal packets are on file at the Department of Central Purchasing, Delaware County Government Center, 2nd floor, room 228, between the hours of 9:00 am â 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or can be downloaded from the County of Delawareâs website: www.delcopa.gov/purchasing/invitbid.html at no cost. If picked up on site, there will be a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per RFP packet to cover the cost of printing and administrative expenses. Checks are to be made payable to the COUNTY OF DELAWARE. Proposals are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope(s) and distinctly show the name of the bidder and marked: AMBULANCE and RESIDENTSâ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES All Bids Proposals must be presented in quadruplicate (1 – original & 3 – copies) on the Proposal Forms provided and bids not on the Proposal Forms so provided may be rejected. Appropriately checked literature must accompany each copy of the Proposal Form. Sealed proposals will be accepted by mail or may be delivered by the date and time set at the place herein listed above.
