Frankford Valley Foundation for Literacy II Notice of Bids for Construction BSI Construction, LLC will be taking bids from qualified contractors to perform Site Alterations & Furnishings, Site Concrete, Masonry, Playground Equipment & Surfaces at Tacony Academy Charter School Rhawnhurst. Project is located at 1330 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111. The overall project will be managed by BSI Construction, LLC, Construction Manager for the Project. The construction drawings and specifications will be made available at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on May 12, 2021 at the Site Located at 1330 Rhawn St., Philadelphia, PA 19124 at 10am. Bids will be due at Tacony Academy Charter School Rhawnhurst, located at 1330 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111 on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 before 11am.
