NOTICE TO BIDDERS Add B. Anderson Schoolyard Improvement Project Request for Bids THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND Contract for construction services including all labor, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to complete the playground improvements described in the Project Manual. Bidder must be on the School District of Philadelphia list of Prequalified Contractors as of 9/14/21. The Trust for Public Land will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for the Add B. Anderson Schoolyard Improvement Project until 9/14/2021 at 2PM local time, at which time they shall be opened online and publically posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – www.PennBid.net. Pre-bid walk-through is on 8/26/21 at 10AM at the Add B. Anderson School, 1034 S 60th St, Philadelphia, PA 19143. All Bidders must submit bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. Owner reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time.
