Life School is requesting competitive sealed proposals for HVAC system replacement at
Life Middle School Waxahachie, 3295 US-77
Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Life School will announce its selection of a mechanical contractor for this location on May 14, 2021. Proposals will be received at the Life School Central Office, 132 East Ovilla Road, Suite A, Red Oak, Texas 75154.
Proposals will be received by hand delivery or mail until 9:00 A.M. (local time) on May 14, 2021. If mailed, proposals must be received prior to the deadline on May 14, 2021

The work contained in this proposal includes removal and replacement of approximately (2) RTU’s, (43) Split Systems @ Life Middle School Waxahachie. A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 5, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Life Middle School Waxahachie, 3295 US-77 Waxahachie, Texas 75165.
