PUBLIC NOTICE BID NOTICE Sealed Proposals/Bid Form and electronic copy of Bid Security for the Paradise Township, Monroe County, Route 191 Radar Speed Sign Traffic Calming Project will be received online via the PennBid Program until 11 a.m., prevailing time, May 17, 2021. At 1 p.m, bid tabulations will be read aloud at the Township Engineer’s Office, Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc., 252 Brodhead Road, Suite 100, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Final questions are due no later than 1 p.m. May 12, 2021. A final addendum will be issued by 4 p.m. May 14, 2021. The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services to install concrete foundations and PennDOT approved Radar Speed Signs along a State Highway as indicated on the PennDOT approved Traffic Plans. Contractor(s) shall be PennDOT prequalified and the project is subject to PA Prevailing Wages. All Bid Documents and details are available from the project page at pennbid.procureware.com. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier’s check, or other security acceptable, to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law, and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form.
