Dear Current Resident:

In compliance with Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) Board of Education Policy and Administrative Regulations on the placement of relocatable classroom buildings on existing school sites, we are notifying you of the School District’s intent to place three (3) relocatable classroom buildings at Cadence Park School.

It is necessary to add relocatable classroom buildings to create space for additional students resulting from current and projected enrollment growth. Staff is recommending the placement of three (3) leased relocatable classroom buildings during the summer of 2021.

It is the District’s intention to position the relocatable classroom buildings in as attractive a manner as possible. Site selection for the buildings are dependent upon access to the school’s essential features, playground space, and proximity to utilities.

All interested persons are invited to participate in the Public Information Meeting, which will provide information on the proposed project. IUSD representatives will be available to answer questions. In an effort to protect public health and prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Public Information Meeting will broadcast live at https://iusd.org/business-services/facilities-planning-constructionservices/bidder-information-public-notices and by clicking on the “Public Information Meetings” tab. This meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. If you are unable to attend, but would like to submit comments, you may do so by sending them to:
