PUBLIC NOTICE Fairfield to Congress Street Substation 115kV Railroad Line Rebuild Project Public Informational Meeting The United Illuminating Company is proposing to rebuild 7.3 miles of its existing 115-kilovolt (kV) transmission lines, which are presently located within the Connecticut Department of Transportation/ MetroNorth Railroad corridor in Fairfield and Bridgeport, CT. A Public Informational Meeting will be held on January 31, 2023, at approximately 6:30 PM, at the Margaret Morton Government Center, 999 Broad Street, first floor, Conference Rooms A and B.
