Bid specification packages will be available at the prebid meeting; or, interested bidders may obtain a package by telephoning or mailing the Weatherization Director, Commission on Economic Opportunity, 32-34 West Union Street, Kingston, PA 18704; telephone number (570) 288-8458. Bids must be received in the CEO Main Office, 165 Amber Lane Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, by CERTIFIED OR REGISTERED mail not later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 21, 2021. All envelopes must be clearly marked (“BID FOR WEATHERIZATION MATERIALS”). Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the CEO Kingston Office. Due to CDC and agency social distancing requirements, reservations should be made in advance to attend either the prebid meeting or bid opening by calling (570) 288-8458, extension 413. CEO reserves the right to reject any or all bids; otherwise the bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to all the materials terms and conditions of this invitation.
