PUBLIC NOTICE MONROE COUNTY NOTICE TO BIDDERS The time to receive sealed bids for the following project has been extended from March 18, 2021 to April 1, 2021, by 1:30 p.m.: The Monroe County Courthouse Expansion project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing Monroe County Courthouse located in Stroudsburg, PA. The project includes the renovation and restoration of the approximately 52,000 SF, three story (plus basement and attic) 1870’s/1930’s Historic Courthouse, the renovation of the approximately 41,800 SF, four story 1970’s Annex, the construction of a new three story (plus basement) expansion of approximately 66,900 SF and the related site civil and landscape work. Total Approximate Construction Value $58 M. Multiple Prime Contracts Contract 1 – General Construction Contract 2 – Plumbing/Fire Protection Construction Contract 3 – HVAC Construction Contract 4 – Electrical Construction Contract 5 – Elevators Construction Sealed bids must be submitted to the Monroe County Controller’s Office, One Quaker Plaza, Room 206, Stroudsburg, PA no later than 1:30 p.m. April 1, 2021. The bids will be publicly opened on April 1, 2021 at 2 p.m. at One Quaker Plaza, Room 203, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Announcement of the projected bid award date will be made at that meeting. All proposals must be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
